"Great overall! I first met Thom Kannally in the spring of 2003 when he performed some minor roof repair work for me and did it very quickly; in less than a week after I called. I told him then that when I eventually replaced my entire roof, I'd give him a call. In the fall of 2005, we decided to replace our roof.
